About the role

Reporting to the Kerry Group Network Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Planner is accountable for progressing and embedding the supply planning strategy for the Vinegar Group Network. He or she will display transformational leadership, passion for supply chain and relentless customer service mindset necessary for the Vinegar Group business model.

In this role, you will coordinate with our Demand Planner, Customer Care Representatives, Sales and Procurement teams to optimize inventory, and encourage asset utilization. You will develop and execute the supply plan, determining priorities and implementing strategies to reduce out-of-stock and over-stock issues. Supply Planner will use the all 9-factories within our network to service customers.

What would you do?

  • Liaise with sales and customer care teams to ensure orders are captured and are fulfilled.
  • Develops and maintains a Master Production Schedule that satisfies customer service expectations while balancing planned and unplanned down time.
  • Optimizes inventory by balancing supply and demand across 9 factories.
  • Interactions with stakeholders such as Customer Care, Sales Manager, Manufacturing Plants, and Finance.
  • Maintain a long-term production schedule/plan in SAP, taking into consideration the needs forecasted by our Demand Planning.
  • Monitor monthly and weekly production, prioritizing  strategic stock items.
  • Track inventory levels at factories
  • Monitor movement of inventory through our network of factories
  • Sets preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory
  • Periodically review inventory status and master data in ERP system.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in required, preferability in Supply Chain
  • 5+ Experience in supply chain planning
  • Preferred food / beverage / pharma / CPG background in a manufacturing environment, with relevant on the ground experience.
  • ERP Management, data modeling and analysis experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
