About the role

 

We are currently recruiting for a candidate to join the Quality team in Charleville. This is a permanent role, starting as soon as possible.

 

You will be providing support to the site from a Quality perspective working closely within a cross functional environment.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable Quality standards and regulations.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Shall include compliant and efficient running of Quality System elements in an Ingredient manufacturing environment, including;

 

  • Product Grading and Batch Release
  • Plant Deviation Investigations
  • Customer Complaint Investigations
  • Conducting internal compliance audits
  • Reviewing and assessing GMP documentation compliance
  • Providing support to external Customer, Certification and Regulatory audits
  • CAPA and NCR processing
  • Procedural review and updates
  • Conducting internal compliance audits
  • Daily reporting of product Quality outputs, reviewing and assessing plant GMP compliance

 

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Primary Degree in Science (Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or equivalent).
  • Excellent technical, organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, self-driven and capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a cross functional team.
  • Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP principals.
  • Competencies in IT based applications such as SAP etc.
