About the role

We are looking for a Compliance, Utilities and Facilities Engineer to join our team in Charleville.

Key responsibilities


  • Lead an efficient Utilities Maintenance Program to sustain targeted equipment availability
  • Develop/ Maintains relevant Critical metrics for Facilities and Calibration and report progress
  • Assure accurate documentation of records for facilities department activities
  • Contractor and Permit Management
  • Communicate and collaborate with key contractors for service, repairs and agreements for the facility and grounds
  • Assist with organising, scheduling, and execution of audits for the site with respective internal and external teams
  • Ensure compliance to relevant standards.

Qualifications and skills


Required skills:

  • 3rd Level Qualification in Engineering or Relevant Trade with Experience
  • Project Management Skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Equipment/Calibration repair & preventive maintenance programs and asset management implementation
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of guidance from management
  • Ability to apply Engineering principles in practical application
  • Looking for an energetic person, willing to work on own initiative and as part of a team.


Desired skills:

  • Familiar with GMP & HACCP
  • Practical process engineering experience in the food, chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
