About the role

Key responsibilities

Manage Senior Stakeholders in LATAM (Exec, Commercial & RD&A ). 

Design, develop and deploy workshops for Sales and RD&A on core functional skills. 

Design, develop and deploy cross functional workshops to help drive portfolio shift within LATAM. 

Be accountable to collaborating with Line Managers to support on the join learning. 

Qualifications and skills

1)Ability to speak English, Spanish and Portugeuse. 

2)Confident to speak to senior leaders. 

3)Experience in speaking to large groups of people. 

4)Beneficial to have a technical & commercial background.
