About the role

Key responsibilities

 

We are looking for an HR professional who has a strong proactive driven to work in liaise with HR Director and functional/business leads for Operations to ensure that all  Kerry HR Pillars are been executed and delivered as plan.

The Kerry HR Manager is someone who brings to the business a lot In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices with a solid track record in managing / advising on complex / sensitive legal issues as well as considering the impact of new legislation and devising new HR policies and procedures.

Has a High ability to manage change effectively, display initiative and follow through on development of ideas. And is a person with highly developed influencing skills combined with the ability to manage a challenging and diverse client base and the confidence to question Management about actions / decisions.

This professional will ensure and manage some programs as:

  • ◦Positive Employee Engagement & Relations
  • ◦Organisational Effectiveness
  • ◦Change Management
  • ◦Reward & Compensation Expense Management
  • ◦Attraction, Recruitment & Selection
  • ◦Training & Leadership Development

Qualifications and skills

Bachelors in Business Studies or related degree with strong academic achievement. Masters in Human Resource Management would be advantageous.

  • Experienced HR professional experience in similar environments.
  • Strong skills in leading change, project management & building relationships. 
  • Commercially aware with a sound HR generalist background and proven business and commercial acumen.
  • Highly developed influencing skills combined with the ability to manage a challenging and diverse client base and the confidence to question Management about actions / decisions.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills - credible at senior level and able to challenge the status quo.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expert skills in MS desktop software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
