About the role
Responsible for analyze, develop, execute and track brand campaigns for Brazilian market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop market intel for the category by channel
- Support sales team on branding and brand positioning
- Oversee the development and execution of all Brands marketing campaigns across foodservice and B2C channels, including the overall Brand Marketing calendar.
- Drive business growth with innovative demand generation and lead gen campaigns
- Lead the identification and measurement of marketing KPIs and dashboards for campaigns, social media and the digital shelf; champion a data-driven mindset across the team.
- Develop insights to provide strategic direction to internal and external teams surrounding trends. This includes creating trend decks and content around relevant flavors, products and brand
- Provide reporting and recommendations regarding content usage on Seismic and POS to inform content creation
- Identify opportunities for digital activation within printed and in-store sales and promotional materials.
- Work with Commercial Effectiveness (CE) team to plan and execute promotional webinars through partners.
- Ensure all content is posted and up to date on internal document hubs: Seismic, Sales Portal/App and POS website.
- Work with sales teams to plan and promote local and regional trade shows.
Qualifications and skills
- 5 Years of experience with marketing
- At least intermediate Spanish and/or English
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Creativity and problem-solving skills Leadership skills Analytical mindset
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
