About the role

The Chains Key Account Manager will focus on identifying opportunities and creating sustainable profitability for Kerry within the international / local chains business.

The successful candidate will lead this activity in their market, working with identifying chains list of customers to drive growth as well as utilizing a complete menu management approach with applications and marketing support. We need someone with highly developed influence and communication skills that can develop and maximize multi-level relationships with key chains to secure long term business growth.

Key responsibilities

•  Achieve budgeted targets while maximizing Kerry’s profitability.

•  Build relationship with top chains, manage LTO’s, innovation and implement Kerry strategy.

•  Develop and implement plans for base volume, range-selling and demand creation.

•  Conduct product demo to highlight the product benefits.

•  Work closely with marketing and culinary teams to better serve the accounts.

•  Ensure the consistency and growth of Kerry’s existing business within the Egypt market.

•  Develop strong, strategic relationships within the customers’ organization.

•  Provide customer with industry trends and marketing insights

•  Learn and proactively apply Kerry’s “Insight Sales” methodology.

•  Uphold utmost compliance to Kerry’s processes, systems and tools

Qualifications and skills

•  Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience in the Foodservice industry covering top chains.

•  Language proficiency in English.

•  Ability to travel locally and internationally for business.

•  Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

•  A bachelor’s degree

•  Basic forecasting

•  Ability to build multi-level relationships within a customer.

•  Strong presentation skills

•  Able to think outside the box
