Our Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other similar liquid ingredients. What You'll Do:

 

The primary role of the Production Supervisor is to lead by example, drive strategic growth, manage change effectively, engage with internal and external clients, develop talent, and collaborate across the organization to maximize value. This role is essential for fostering a culture of excellence, safety and continuous improvement within the company.  You'll spend 75% of your time on the production floor and interacting with cross functional teams to anticipate challenges and take action to maximize quality and efficiencies.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

 

  • Possess a BS/MS in Engineering, Business, Food Science
  • 3 years Experience in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Technical and analytical skills.
  • Continuous improvement understanding.
  • Thorough understanding of unit of operations.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.  
  • HACCP/food safety experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team leadership and development experience.
  • Skills in motivating, coaching & influencing others.
  • Problem solving.
  • Use of SAP, MS Excel

 

What's in it for You:

 

The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479. (minimum) to $105,272. (100% range penetration) annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
