Our Byesville, OH location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and creates fruit-based mixes, syrups and extracts. What You'll Do:

The Lead Processing Operator is responsible for continued customer satisfaction in food safety, quality and timely delivery of product. You’ll participate and monitor process controls and documentation throughout the production of beverage mixes, syrups and extracts. These results are accomplished working in harmony with the blenders, production, sanitation, and quality teams. Your knowledge of equipment operation, sanitization and mechanics will help you successfully support the production team!

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record.
• Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
• Must be able to work well within a team and with other coworkers.
• Basic knowledge of math and ability to use a calculator to figure sums, averages and ranges.
• Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Ability to complete certification requirements.
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
