With over 45 plants across North America, the Byesville, OH, USA plant is a part of our Beverage division that makes fruit juice mixes, syrups, extracts and similar liquid ingredients.  We are hiring career minded people to help meet growing demands for quality ingredients.  You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and fun environment! What You'll Do:


The Blender Operators follow "recipes" to ensure the customers receive the ideal liquid ingredients to meet their needs. Their attention to detail and maintaining safe processes ensure that the best product is shipped daily. It is critical to success that all governmental and Kerry processes and policies are met and or exceeded. The successful employees in this role are leaders for other employees and consistently communicates with the production team! 


  • Complete required training within deadlines
  • Embrace and practice safe work habits, Kerry policies and procedures
  • Participate in Kerry continuous improvement practices, development and implementation initiatives
  • Support new-employee learning & development and cross-training initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed:


  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Ability to be aware of surroundings, especially moving equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and the ability to kneel, bend over, squat, stoop, and carry.
  • Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency.
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in a food processing facility
  • Prior safety training in a manufacturing environment preferred.
