Key responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for the best Senior National Account Manager out there! 

 

You’ll be part of our Snacking team, which is a high growth area for Kerry Foods and one of the most exciting parts of our business.   You’ll take full P&L responsibility for the commercial delivery of the Sainsburys and Discounter accounts, with careful management of risks and opportunities to achieve budget targets.

 

You’ll take full P&L responsibility for this sizable chunk of business and will responsible for driving for success and developing relationships with our customers.  You’ll agree and execute JBP’s and will build and execute promotional and execution plans.  You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects to ensure we are maximising our ROI and acting as a best in class commercial function.  This is a high profile role that will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work autonomously and strategically. 

 

Based in Egham, Surrey, this is a meaty role that will offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.  Remote working is available.

Qualifications and skills

  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong commercial skill-set having worked in FMCG sales.  If you’ve worked in food that’s great, but don’t worry, this isn’t a deal breaker!
  • You’ll be a true go-getter with an eye for what to go after in order to grow your business
  • You will be a super-star at building and developing relationships with customers in order to gain mutual success for the businesses
  • You’ll be happy about being out and about with customers from time to time (of course we won’t mind if you work from home too!)
  • You’ll be an all-round ‘good egg’ – driven, hard-working, commercial, and keen to join a company where you can grow your career quickly and in any way you like
