We have an incredibly exciting, newly created Account Manager role within our high-performing Foodservice Europe team (Awesome right?) to be the drivers of change for our beverage brand DaVinci Gourmet (Who? You might not have heard of them yet, but we’re changing that!)

 

Supporting the Business Development Director, you will be the catalyst to our rapidly growing market expansion plans. We are looking for the entrepreneurial minded, who are creative at problem solving, authentically themselves and love working with branded products…. Someone who does not mind working in the ‘grey’ and are able to build genuine trust and connection with colleagues and customers. 

 

The successful candidate will ideally be based in Romania but we are flexible on location across Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

  • We grow together – you will need to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and the cross functional teams. As well as trusting, supportive relationships with your customers.
  • You will develop an in-depth understanding of the markets you cover, competitors, customers and local trends, to identify actionable insights.
  • You will support the Business Development Directors in developing and executing strong joint-business plan with our customers, that drives sustainable and profitable growth.
  • You will work closely with our Trade Marketing Manager and Application Lead to execute brand campaigns and successful brand demonstrations.
  • Not surprisingly, talking is key; you will be adept at communicating with clarity.
  • You will help refine current processes and ways of working to ensure we are staying at the top of our game.
  • You will be responsible for forecasting and account planning, ensuring our services to customers are top notch.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelors degree with experience working with Importers and Distributors

  • Foodservice experience desired

  • Proven experience working successfully with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of strategic business goals 

  • English language proficiency 

  • You wont mind working your own schedule and travelling to meet customers up to 50% of the time 

  • Positive energy and solution orientated for new business development 

  • Most importantly- a passion to succeed whilst having fun, learning and being challenged along the way
