About the role
As an RD&A Technologist based in our Portbury, Bristol office. You will be the main day-to-day contact for key customers, managing projects and coordinating the launch of new products.
You will work in partnership with customers and Kerry's cross-functional team to deliver products from concept through to launch.

Key responsibilities
- Project managing workload and reporting progress in a timely fashion, by attending meeting
- Build relationships with key personnel within allocated accounts via visits, presentations and attending trials in customer factory when required
- Working in partnership with customers and the Kerry cross functional team to deliver products from concept through to launch, in the time frames agreed with customers.
- Coordinating launches of new product of new products & running trials at Kerry Manufacturing sites.
- Maintain awareness of developments across Kerry and building these into new developments providing USP’s for customers.
- Carry out competitor & product awareness analysis – including sensory product evaluations and carrying out own retail reviews as required.
- Develop innovative solutions to help frow customer and Kerry’s market within cost parameter, manufacturing capability whilst ensuring all new products are legal within country of use.
- Managing projects / briefs as allocated ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinating launched of new products & running trial at Kerry manufacturing sites.
- Provide our customers with the best available products through developing an understanding the market, manufacturing capabilities, ingredient restrictions etc.
Qualifications and skills
- BSc in Food Science or equivalent as minimum. Higher degrees advantageous.
- Newly graduated or working experience is advantage.
- Experience in meat and poultry processor for both domestic and export is advantage.
- Good communication with the ability to communicate in a concise and clear manner both verbally and written.
- Able to travel to customer trial runs in domestic and aboard.
