About the role


Our purpose-built factory at Royal Portbury Dock manufacturers approx. 36,000 tons of dry powder blends for several well-known brands.

We currently have vacancies for Warehouse, Dispensary, Production & Hygiene Operatives to work on a rotating shift pattern.

In all roles you will report to a team leader and be responsible for storing, assembling, mixing, producing, packing, or picking our quality products to agreed production schedules. You will need to meet all KPI requirements while maintaining GMP standards at all time.

Key responsibilities


Mixing - Checking, loading, blending, and cleaning

Packing - Packing, Labelling, stacking bags and boxes up to 25kg, cleaning

Warehouse tasks - De-boxing, Box Making, Labelling, pallet movement

Hygiene - responsible for adhering to the daily, weekly, and ad hoc cleaning schedules

Qualifications and skills


Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment would be beneficial.

Have knowledge or experience of SAP and PC Skills

Ability to work unsupervised for long periods and operate under pressure, be self-motivated and driven. Must be team players, be organised and motivated to succeed.

Good communication skills are essential in these roles.

What's in it for you?

We work 40 hours per week (including paid breaks) on a Monday-Friday rotating shift pattern with an hourly rate £10 per hour + shift premium. 

Hourly rate increases after 9 months and training is completed.
