About the role

Key responsibilities

•Supporting the development of EUM strategies, providing consumer insights, synthesized with customer and competitor information, to EUM leads to set strategy

•Define the eMarketing plan with input from Activation, Brand and central marketing (where to play, how to win)

•Leading EUM in connecting the breadth and depth of the business model with customers to develop a compelling story that delivers a unique value proposition through the leveraging and layering of relevant foundational technologies

•Alignment with EUM Leads and Marketing Activation to enable touchpoints and feedback loops to ensure EUM strategies are commercially ready and add value to local and multi-EUM customers

•Coordinates with Strategy & Planning Lead to develop regional Marketing plans

•Monitoring the performance of the EUM strategies to validate and iterate as appropriate

•Driving demand creation aligned to the EUM strategies and performance

•Developing and owning a comprehensive understanding of current EUM market dynamics, trends, key customers positions and strategies, etc.

•To stay well-informed of changes in competitive landscape and to enable design differentiated strategies and positioning

Qualifications and skills

Marketing or Business development background.

Experience in Food and/or Beverage. Experience in MEAT area is a plus.

Strategic Planning process experience construction/ leadership.

Fluent in English and Spanish
