About the role

Work From Anywhere:

 

While our North American Headquarters is located in Beloit, Wisconsin, your office (and you) can be anywhere in the United States! This role is fully remote, with up to 50% domestic travel. You’ll get the chance to visit sites across North America as you help deliver and maintain key change initiatives!  

Key responsibilities

What you'll do:

This position will support the development and execution of the Integrated Operations People Transformation workstreams and serve as a change agent.  Using your analytical skills, you will be an integral part of the impact analysis that will provide a roadmap to sustainable change within our leadership.  You will use your ability to influence others in embracing new Kerry Ways of Working that align with the required leadership profile of the IO Operating Model.

 

  • Partner with peers in Transformation workstreams to drive various activities within Integrated Operations
  • Perform impact analysis with site leadership using Kerry playbooks and other CI tools
  • Participate in design of solutions to close any identified gaps
  • Engage and collaborate with leadership teams to deploy/implement performance gaps, trends and work with the teams to develop actions required to improve
  • Lead cross functional teams and projects at multi-site/function levels
  • Form solid influential working relationships, based on thorough knowledge of the business and operations, with the functional/department /site leaders
  • Act as a change agent, coaching, mentoring and influencing at all levels to embed leadership culture change
  • Collaborate in the creation and follow-up of individual plans (IDP) for site/functional leadership team

Qualifications and skills

What you'll need to be successful:

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Management, Engineering or other related field
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive responsibilities within operations or HR in a manufacturing environment
  • Preferred in-depth knowledge of Kerry processes and systems as well as good knowledge of technologies and manufacturing processes
  • Good understanding of continuous improvement tools including experience of facilitating group working sessions
  • Able to handle difficult conversations, manage conflict and handle assigned task with short time frames
  • Familiarity with HRIS, as well as other technologies including MySuccess, Power BI, Workplace
