Supply Planning Manager Pharma. Beloit, Wi.

This role will lead all supply planning processes and activities across the different supply sites to the benefit of external and internal customers and supply chain operations.

What would you do?

  • The role will also ensure that the following activities are planned, organized and controlled to meet agreed targets and KPI’s set, from development of global forecast and receipt of orders through to dispatch to customer at lowest total cost, including: Supply Planning, Executive S&OP Process, Global Demand Planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning.
  • This key role will ensure alignment between SC stakeholders, serve as an escalation point for resolution, and supervise the central Supply Planning team.
  • Manage the tactical execution of the department while the Director manages the strategic. The breadth of the role will develop as the supply chain and production strategies evolve.
  • Develop continuous improvement processes, modify existing procedures, minimizing costs, increasing accuracy, and improving customer service
  • Ensure production planning is aligned to meet demand
  • FG Inventory and Lead Time targets.
  • Ensure KPIs are met; On Time and In Full (OTIF)


What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain role, within regulated industry (Pharma, Med Device, Food)
  • Experience and breath in end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrated track record of Analytical and Process Improvement skills.
  • Proven ability to work successfully on cross-function teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems, preferably SAP.
  • APICS / Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus.
  • Change Management experience is a significant advantage.
  • Project Management skills are desirable.
