About the role

At the Kerry Center in Beloit, we are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industry.  We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care.  This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and improve technical skills to perform analysis quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitor plant supply plans and raw material levels to meet inventory/ turn goals.
  • Understand business Commercialization process; work to improve total take time of products to market.
  • Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
  • Complete monthly root cause analysis on inventory, aged inventory, expired inventory, and service trends
  • Work with plant operations teams to meet inventory targets while maintaining customer service levels.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.   We prefer a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Technology, Business Management, Engineering or related fields.
  • We prefer at least 2 years of experience in this area as it will help jump start your career. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Understands MRP process.
  • Works on requirements and safety stock planning
  • Knowledge of factory and distribution networks
  • Experience of inbound and outbound distribution networks

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
