About the role

Kerry Taste & Nutrition is actievly seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst for our facility in Beloit. This position will work a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days on site with the rest of the week remote. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Corporate offices in Beloit, Wisconsin. Our ideal candidate will support business objectives, manage data maintenance/project work, and will provide analysis ofr our Supply Chain function.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and improve technical skills to perform analysis quickly and efficiently
  • Create relationships with team members; share knowledge and lead team activities
  • Promote change in a positive manner by addressing cross-functional gaps
  • Ccontinuously improve key supply chain projects and processes, and monitor plant supply plans and raw material levels to meet inventory/ turn goals
  • Consolidate data efforts in Kerry continuous improvement projects from a supply chain perspective
  • Support global effort to cleanse ERP data
  • Complete monthly root cause analysis on inventory, aged inventory, expired inventory, and service trends
  • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors
  • Additional responsibilites as assigned.

Qualifications and skills

  • 2 + years’ experience in supply chain or related field (manufacturing, operations, accounting, finance).
  • Microsoft Office suite software Analytical Tools
  • ERP system knowledge Microsoft Project and Visio Macros and VBA
  • Production and Processing Customer and Personal Service Complex Problem Solving
