Sr. ICT Business Analyst

About the role

Kerry Inc. seeks Sr. ICT Business Analyst at its facility located at 3400 Millington Road, Beloit, WI 53511.

Key responsibilities

Development, deployment, and support of the Kerry global template of solutions such as SAP, MII, MES systems electively connecting with the plant systems to generate fully integrated solutions (30%). Ensure successful deployments through both waterfall & agile methodologies, which require a high level of project management discipline, deep Manufacturing, Supply Chain and SAP knowledge and an appreciation of change management (40%). Responsible for design, deployment and process improvements aligned to our Global Operating model (15%). Work in the ICT function as part of the Global integrated operations workstream which covers the areas of Engineering, Operations or Production Execution, Quality and Warehouse (15%).

Qualifications and skills

This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing, automotive, or pharmaceutical position. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) End to end supply chain processes within a factory (supply & demand planning, scheduling, execution, quality and warehousing); (2) Fit-gap analysis, solution design and testing; (3) Preparation of process design workshops and documents; (4) Preparation of functional design documents and test scripts; (5) SAP configuration based on business requirements; (6) Project and stakeholder management, working as part of a cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions; and (7) Data collection, analysis and enrichment. Up to 30% business travel depending on project demands. Telecommuting is allowed 5 days a week.
