As a Strategic Senior Account Manager, you will spearhead our Convenience Store Sales Team, guiding them to new heights of success. You'll be responsible for performance management, developing a robust channel strategy, and positioning Kerry’s diverse product portfolio to shine in the convenience store market.

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Drive the Convenience Store Sales Team with visionary leadership and strategic direction.
  • Strategic Development: Craft and implement a channel strategy that leverages Kerry’s strengths across all market channels.
  • Market Focus: Position and promote Kerry’s products within Chain & Distribution Convenience accounts, focusing on convenience foodservice, dispensed beverages, and more.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customer marketing, RDA, and buying teams to create value-added product solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Treat your accounts as your own business, bringing creativity and value proposition selling to the forefront.
  • Innovative Solutions: Provide innovative ideas to key customers by understanding their brands, platforms, and strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively across Kerry’s multi-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong strategic relationships within key customers' R&D, Marketing, and Sourcing teams.

Qualifications and skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Food Science, Business, or related field desirable).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with proven success working with and selling to the Top 200 Convenience Chains. Experience in the Convenience Distribution network and as a People Manager is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good working knowledge of food science and its application in product development and commercialization.
  • Skills: Strong project management, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Location: Home office based in the Eastern/Central United States, with up to 50% travel required.

The typical hiring range for this role is $108,378.00-$148,366.50 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
