Where you'll work

At the Kerry Center in Beloit, we are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry. 

We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care.  This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison. 






What you'll do

Kerry is looking for a self-motivated, energetic team player for a Senior Financial Accountant role working within its Central Finance team, which is part of the North America Taste & Nutrition Business.  This position is located at the North American Headquarters in Southern WI and reports to the regional Financial Controller.  The role has direct reports and is an excellent opportunity for a finance or business professional looking to develop broader business experience and leadership skills for career progression. The work environment is fast-paced and results-driven. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a team environment.  


  • Assist in preparation and presentation of timely, accurate, value-added information to senior executive including financial analysis and presentations that assists in strategic decision making.
  • Responsible for multiple tasks in area of Financial Control, General Ledger, Monthly Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Statutory Accounts, Projections and Budgeting.
  • Assist with the training and development of Financial Accountants.
  • Supports monthly reviews and periodic business planning sessions.


What you'll need to be successful:
  • Five + year’s post graduate work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution required
  • CPA or CMA preferred 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and Mapics AS400 environment desirable
  • Experience in Hyperion and BPC consolidation software desirable
