As an Import/Export Specialist you’ll work out of our Beloit, WI Kerry Center which is home to our North America Global Technology and Innovation Center. You’ll work in our state-of-the-art facility that was designed to bring all our ingredients and flavor technologies into one location.

What You'll Do:

As an Import/Export Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing international shipments, working directly with internal and external customers to provide export documetnation and coordination of freight booking with 3rd party freight fowarders. You would also be responsible for:

  • Preparing and ensuring all transactions meet trade compliance/regulatory requirements for completeness and accuracy
  • Interfacing with customs brokers, transportation providers and freight forwarders to ensure consistency with defined processes to provide most cost effective and timely transport method
  • Keeping and maintaining accurate and complete record of all export transactions
  • Coding and processing all 3rd party freight vendors/freight forwarders invoices
  • Providing Free Trade Agreements and other certificates of origin, analysis, etc as needed
  • And more!
What You'll Need:

To get the most out of this role, it will help to have these things under your belt:

  • Knowledge of Incoterms (International Commercial Terms)
  • Preferred knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR), OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), USDA (U.S. Department of Agriculture),
  • Minimum two years related experience and/or training
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
