ICT Manager NA - Manufacturing

Kerry Inc. seeks ICT Manager – Manufacturing at its facility located at 3400 Millington Rd, Beloit, WI 53511.

Key Responsibilities

Lead talent development through recruitment, training, coaching, project assignment, empowerment. Facilitate the implementation and support of all NA ancillary solutions for Manufacturing as well as SAP global template in these areas. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements to map existing Global Template. Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and identify areas of improvement via process and/or solution enhancements. Prepare for and partake in design confirmation on future enhancements to the Global template. Own the controls design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of NA Manufacturing related processes & Solutions (PEX, Quality, Warehouse and Plant Maintenance). Support & monitor KPI’s such as adherence to plan, OEE, RFT. Automation and monitoring of transactional data between our factory systems and 3rd party applications. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows). Generate required configuration rationales and execute the configuration in SAP. Assist in generation of test scripts, carry out product testing and support user acceptance testing. Carry out the relevant activities in site preparation, cut-over, and post-go live support. Validate training material developed by the training team.

Qualifications and skills

This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Civil Engineering, ICT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience in ICT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or related position. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Utilizing software delivery lifecycle methodology including design, configuration, test, data conversion and implementation of the technical aspects of the solution for ERP deployments; (2) Leveraging process mapping tools and requirements gathering methodologies to prepare for, coordinate and host workshops with cross functional stakeholders; (3) Employing SAP technologies of SAP Production Execution, SAP Warehouse Management, SAP Quality Management and SAP Plant Maintenance to support business functions and design and implement solutions to business problems; (4) Demonstrated track record on working with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor and how to use their domain experience (business and information systems) to propose a strategy and to have that strategy fully endorsed by their stakeholders; and (5) Implementing 1 Kerry Operating Model and the Kerryconnect System solution to support business optimization, simplification, and digital agenda. Telecommuting: Option to Telecommute: 2 days/week. 20% domestic and international travel for project deployments, business meetings and trainings.
