We are looking for an Executive Recruiter who is passionate about matching capable leadership talent with strategic business needs and thrives on sourcing, attracting and hiring the right talent for today and the future.  Someone who seeks to create a win/win for all involved and build a world-class team that will drive sustainable growth for our business well into the future.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or commensurate successful executive recruitment experience

8-10 years demonstrated progressive experience delivering full-life-cycle recruitment

Blend of corporate and executive search experience strongly preferred

Relentless and resilient!  The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-confident, and successful senior recruiter with solid functional expertise and creativity around the full life cycle of recruiting.  Must be a team player with an energy level and drive that motivates those around her/him to persevere through changing priorities to meet agreed upon service levels.  Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with a strong sense of urgency to deliver for the business.
