About the role

Kerry’s Early Careers Team is seeking an Early Careers Program Manager to develop talent for the (REGIONAL) campus programs.
Working closely with business and HR stakeholders, both in the region and globally, the jobholder will be responsible for the recruitment and program management for Campus and Early Careers Talent Acquisition (TA) including Graduate, Intern, MBA and Apprenticeship programs. Lead and develop the Campus and Early Careers Talent Acquisition (TA) team across the region to drive and execute best practice. Shape and drive the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy for early talent. The Early Careers Program Manager is responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.
 

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities:
 

  • Accountable for the Campus and Early Careers Talent Acquisition strategy across the region.
  • Accountable for Regional campus and apprenticeship program management.
  • Partner with Regional business and HR on early talent priorities and lead on the design of both business specific and cross-business regional hiring plans.
  • Accountable for TA processes and procedures followed across the across the region ensuring consistency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for senior business leaders and HR partners across the region.
  • Manage, lead and develop a team of Campus TA professionals.
  • Ensure team KPIs are met and working patterns are in line with functional objectives and success measures, monitor and enhance team performance utilizing data and insight.
  • Ensure information is appropriately cascaded and the team engages with wider HR and business projects.
  • Review and implement appropriate assessment and selection tools for campus recruitment in conjunction with the Global Early Careers leader and Regional COE
  • Partner with TA COE team to ensure operational excellence and governance across the teams.
  • Shape and drive the Diversity & inclusion strategy in partnership with the Campus and Early Talent D&I manager.
  • Ensure diversity is considered appropriately at all levels of hiring; encouraging business leaders to engage in and support Kerry’s diversity objectives.
  • Partner with the Global learning and development function on the planning and delivery of campus training programs.
  • Act as an escalation point for managers handling sensitive and confidential matters; resolving complex issues.
  • Sponsor or lead continuous improvement and strategic priority projects.
  • Act as integral member of global recruitment team and lead the Regional involvement with global campus projects.
  • Accountable for bringing external insights and market knowledge to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills

Qualifications:
 

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in Campus and Early Careers Talent Acquisition coupled with broad HR knowledge.
  • Proven and respected leader who raises the bar and empowers others to perform.
  • Extensive experience of managing senior stakeholders both regionally and globally.
  • Ability to gain credibility with leaders.
  • Experience in managing remote teams across multiple countries.
  • Able to navigate through complexity and an environment of conflicting priorities.
  • Knowledge of financial services and the different business models within the sector and those it serves.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and line management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of graduate recruitment market practices.
  • Experience of working in financial services and complex business models.
  • Proven effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of designing and delivering campus attraction campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of related HR practice.
  • Knowledge and exposure to working across Region
  • Business partnering and multiple stakeholder management.

 

Education:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success delivering professional services leadership / career development programming in a corporate / professional services setting.
  • Experience delivering internship program across geographies.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace including the hiring process.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent judgement ability.
  • Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
