Are you organized and a problem solver? As Distribution Supervisor, you'll be working with a quality Transport team, in a fast paced environment, supervising a team that plans the outbound logistics of customer orders.

What you'll do?

  • Responsible for supervising a team of transport planners for coordination, and troubleshooting of shipments to meet internal and external customer requirements
  • Managing the freight compliance of all users utilizing Kerry’s TMS system - Transportation Management System (BluJay)
  • Reviewing the ERP system (SAP) for open sales orders and shipment creation
  • Responsible OTIF reviews and submission schedule
  • Responsible for the logistics procurement to pay process and reporting
  • Ensuring transport planners follow standard work delivery creation, communication to customer care, and shipment status
  • Review and understanding of shipping reports.
  • Responsible for monitoring transport KPI’s and Supply Chain Excellence goals for the central transport team
  • Leading the department meetings and attending logistics functions

What you'll need to be successful?

  • Associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience with SAP and TMS is a significant plus.
  • Detail and task oriented.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. 
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a highly fast paced environment.
  • Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
