About the role
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to drive the digital marketing and analytical efforts of our regional and emerging brands team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to attract and convert leads, as well as providing in-depth analytics to optimize both sales and marketing strategies. You will work closely with our global digital marketing team to align with existing processes while recommending and implementing new tools and tactics to enhance lead generation and conversion efforts.
Key responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to attract and engage new leads for the sales development team.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM), aligned with the annual regional marketing calendar.
Lead Attraction & Conversion:
- Optimize digital touchpoints and lead generation tactics to maximize prospect engagement and conversion rates.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance lead nurturing and conversion strategies, including A/B testing and segmentation.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
Tool & Tactic Optimization:
- Evaluate and recommend new digital tools and technologies to improve lead generation, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaboration & Integration:
- Work closely with the VP of Regional and Emerging Accounts and other team members to align digital strategies with sales goals and objectives
- Coordinate with the global digital marketing team to ensure consistency and integration across all digital channels and campaigns.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain documentation for digital marketing processes, strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and analytics (experience in B2B sales or the food and beverage industry is a plus).

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to drive insights and recommendations.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEM.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and emerging trends.
The typical hiring range for this role is $107,757 to $163,112 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
