About the role

Kerry Taste & Nutrition is actively seeking to add a Customer Care Representative to our Customer Care team at our Kerry Center in Beloit, Wisconsin. This role will be a hybrid role that requires a weekly onsite and virtual blended schedule, so candidates MUST reside within a commutable distance to Beloit, Wisconsin.

 

The Customer Care Representative acts the point of contact between the customer and the company. Displays a professional image of the company, provides a comprehensive service in a high performance, customer focused environment with respect to company products, procedures and technology. This individual needs to meet and, whenever possible, exceed customer needs and expectations to achieve world-class levels of service performance. The Customer Care Representative  will be responsive to customer's requirements at all times, (both internal and external) and resolve customer inquiries quickly and will direct their efforts to maximize the customer’s experience. Customer Care Representative will work primarily but not limited to customers and orders involving finished goods and/or made to stock items.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain professional, timely and effective communication with all parties
  • Process orders and requests in line with company procedures and propose improvements to procedures and processes
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
  • Enter and process customer orders/changes according to department policies and procedures
  • Work with warehouse/supply chain to make sure our orders are going out at the highest fill rate possible
  • Work with cross-functional teams (accounts payable, supply chain, sales,) to resolve customer complaints, credits, deductions when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, customers, processes and suppliers
  • Cross & up-selling where appropriate
  • Remain fully flexible to meet business requirements and demands

 

Qualifications and skills

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer focussed environment, preferably in a similar role in a  B2B, B2C environment

Aptitudes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including good grammar
  • The ability to integrate and work effectively with others in a changing environment
  • Strong organizational, and administrative skills
  • An effective team player
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and a desire to grow professionally

Languages:

Bi-lingual a plus
