As a Customer Care Manager, you'll be located in our Beloit, WI Kerry Center which is home to our North America Global Technology and Innovation Center. You’ll work in our state-of-the-art facility that was designed to bring all our ingredients and flavor technologies into one location.

What you'll do:

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for delivering customer satisfaction by developing and supporting their customer success teams and fostering relationships of cross functional stakeholders. CSM will be aligned to a commercial business leader and will act as their partner to provide insights and troubleshoot issues. CSM identifies and implements process improvements, intervenes as needed with customer issues and problem solving, and ensures the team has the training, tools and proper staffing levels to be successful.


Our people are our biggest assets and therefore the CSM will closely manage performance and customer (internal and external) interactions and provide coaching and development.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related customer service experience
  • Proven experience with coaching, leadership and management
  • Experience leading change initiatives
  • Order to Invoice experience in SAP desired
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
