The Continuous Improvement Analyst is located in our at the Ironworks Facility in downtown Beloit, WI! You’ll work in our state-of-the-art facility that brings expertise from across the global.

What You'll Do:

You’ll be a driver for building the business by collaborating with site teams to improve performance against identified site and global goals. Are you someone who loves numbers and analytics? You’ll play a key part in the way we look at the following:


  • Support the process manufacturing function with the deployment and sustainment of the SAP program across all releases in North America
  • Lead/assist the process mapping and design sessions with key stakeholders by applying knowledge of business process analysis and modelling for the manufacturing function
  • Identify current state gaps and develop process improvement solutions through:
    • Mapping the current and future state process designs
    • Identify process improvement opportunities
    • Communicates results of process design sessions to the larger team to assess next steps and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Formulate an execution plan including the project plan, business resources needed, new process design, and key performance indicators.
    • Lead / assist in execution of plan
  • Apply various process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively execute a scope of work
  • Provide support to the North America continuous improvement team as required.
  • Assist with establishing a performance framework and KPIs for the middle office function


What You'll Need:

There are a few things you’ll need to be successful in this role:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sciences or related field.
  • At least 3 years work experience in a compatible job role.
  • Familiarization project management and delivery methodologies and systems
  • Knowledge of business process modelling, value stream mapping, gap analysis and solutioning
