What will you do?

  •   Liaise with R&D Scientists to create new and innovative alcoholic beverages for our customers while utilizing the Kerry technology portfolio.
  •        Beverage categories would include flavored spirits, seltzers, ready-to-drink cocktails, beer, non-alcoholic cocktails, among others.
  •   Must be able to stand for long periods of time in laboratory and pilot plant and lift 50lbs
  •   Responsible of fulfilling sample requests
  •      Maintain individual stock of raw materials to batch sample product quickly (within 24 hours)
  •        Demonstrate a scientific curiosity.
  •   Employ efficient time management techniques

What will you do to be successful?

  •   1+ years of experience in Alcoholic Beverage/beer. 
  •         Bachelor's in food science.
  •   Experience in a brewery, flavor/ingredient company, or alcoholic beverage manufacturer preferred.
  •     Must be able to taste and smell chemicals, flavors and food products.
  •   Must be able to taste and smell alcoholic products. 
  •   Participate in sensory panels and other developmental opportunities.
  •   Perform other duties as assigned pertaining to business/project needs.
  •   Strong basic mathematical skills.
  •   Good dexterity and ability to work with laboratory equipment
  •   Strong communication skills.
  •   Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  •     Team focused demeanor and ability to work well with others.
     

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $42,000 to $67,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
