Associate Brand Manager, Oregon Chai.

This role will be part of a best-in-class marketing organization within our owned Brands Business. Will provide Brand leadership for Oregon Chai by intentionally reinvigorate our brand, diversifying our B2B and B2C & ecommerce strategy. The role will work with cross functional teams and Marketing agency to develop and refresh our initiatives within the market.

What would you do?

  • Partner with Sr Brand Manager to develop and Execute brand plant and strategies to drive awareness and growth
  • Creating branded marketing collateral, launch kits, packaging, and digital communication in support of food brands go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage brand content for portals and apps, ensuring content is on-brand, relevant and accurate.
  • Conducting research to understand market conditions, category trends, competitive landscape, customer/consumer need-states and white space opportunities.
  • Supporting product lifecycle initiatives such as opportunity assessment, new product development, portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization.
  • Working with commercial/sales counterparts to grow the brand across key foodservice distributor partners.

 

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing or related; MBA is a significant advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing/ ABM programs.
  • B2B or Food service marketing experience is a plus.
  • Curios Mindset with a passion and drive to grow branded Business.
  • Learning agility and stakeholder management skills is needed.
  • Proven ability to work successfully on cross-function teams.
  • Communications skills, comfortable with Business presentations and ability to thrive in unstructured environments while build trustful relationships.
  • Proven analytical skills. Ability to turn data into insights and drive recommendations.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneNote
  • Project Management skills are highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel 20% of time
