ICT Overview 

Work as part of the Manufacturing workstream which covers the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Warehouse. As a result, you will get exposure to the full end to end supply chain processes and systems used in a factory, as well as being part of our Digital Transformation journey from the start. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

What you'll do 

  • Help to design, build, test and deploy our SAP solution as well as key digital transformation initiatives by working closely with other team members and consulting partners. 

  • Actively own, promote and improve our technical solutions and associated processes for your area. 

  • Participate in our Digital Transformation journey through all phases of our programme lifecycle. 

  • Prepare for and partake in design confirmation on future enhancements. 

  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms and workflows). 

  • Assist in generation of test scripts, carry out product testing and support user acceptance testing. 

  • Carry out the relevant activities in site preparation, cut-over, and post-go live support. 

  • Validate training material developed by the training team

Qualifications and Skills 

What you'll need to be successful 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in ICT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or other related discipline 

  • Strong project management skills with a continuous improvement and customer experience mindset. 

  • Genuine interest in understanding how a factory works end to end from a system technology and data perspective  

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization 

  • Excellent document writing skills (e.g. functional specifications, business process design documents) 

  • Experience in the preparation of functional design documents and test script 

  • Very strong analytical skills 

  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines 

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following manufacturing areas is a plus (Operations, Quality, Warehousing, Engineering) but not a necessary requisite 

  • Experience of working with users in a Manufacturing environment would be a plus 

  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system, either in a business or ICT role, is desirable. Previous experience with SAP modules PP/PI, QM, PM and WM, is advantageous 

  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and the various technologies a plus 

  • A curious mindset 

  • Willingness to travel 

  • Minimum 3.25 GPA
