About the role

We are looking for energetic, mobile, career minded and ambitious Early Career\Graduates candidates to join Kerry. Joining Kerry gives you an opportunity to continue developing and learning with our graduate development program, as well an opportunity to work on a cross-functional business project. Kerry has had success with graduates that have joined the organization and have accelerated and progressed their careers. 

 

This role is rotational so you'll get the chance to start at and rotate yearly into one of our production sites! Average program length is two years. After that you'll be placed into a role outside of the grad program.

Key responsibilities

At Kerry, we hire graduates into real roles with real responsibilities from day one. As a Quality Grad you’ll assist our Quality Manager in special test procedures to analyze components and physical properties of product materials. You’ll compile and analyze information to determine operating efficiency of processes or equipment, diagnose malfunctions and prepare test solutions, compounds and reagents for use by laboratory personnel. Have a passion for process? Great! You’ll work to develop procedures, maintain testing records and train our lab group and new hires on various safety measures.  

Qualifications and skills

  • Possession of or working towards the possession of a Bachelor’s degree (B.S) from a four-year accredited college or university in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry with a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA
  • Knowledge of food safety principles and food process,eg.Exposure to HACCP, GMPs preferred
  • Presentation skills, communication skills and confidence are vital for this role as you’ll be working with leadership and new hires  Clark, NJ 160 Terminal Ave, Clark, NJ 07066
