About the role

Location- Bawal, Haryana

Reporting to: Senior QA Executive

The role requires someone who can Handle and have knowledge of lab equipment, sampling & testing of raw material as physio-chemical & micro, lab equipment Internal/External calibration, SOP/WI preparation, Non-conformance report share with supplier and follow-up for RCA & CAPA for any deviation found against specs.

Key responsibilities

Sampling, Analysis & Sensory of Raw materials as physio-chemical & micro and maintaining the records.
Incoming vehicles inspection & CoA verification
Maintaining reference/gold sample
Maintenance of GLP & 5’s in the Quality control laboratory
Calibration and maintenance of quality control laboratory equipment and Instruments.
SOP/Work Instruction preparation for testing and handling of lab equipment’s
Observation and reporting of deviation, out of specification results in daily meeting & follow up with supplier for closure of effective RCA & CAPA
Maintaining quality management system in the laboratory
Maintenance of Glassware’s and laboratory chemicals as per the requirement.
Knowledge of SAP for results entry & material release & CoA attachment
Any other task as and when assigned.

Qualifications and skills

Minimum of Graduate in Food Technology/Biotechnology/Microbiology.
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Food Technology/Biotechnology/Microbiology
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication Skills - written / oral
