About the role

Location: Bawal
Reporting to:-  Engineering Manager

 

This role is for the Utility Operations, Troubleshooting and running all services for smooth running of the production, Liaising for the concerned License..
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall maintenance of
the site including the plant and utility equipment. This includes compliance to all plant operating paramenters as specified by Kerry and the various regulatory/stautory bodies. He will be responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance at aite machinery, modifications in the site,equipment including inducting new machinery

Key responsibilities

  • To facilitate co-ordination Cross functional team members for any modifications and up gradation of plant and equipment for optimal performance.
  • HT LT experience (if that person having the license for the same that will be add on).
  • Utility Expereince i.e. Boiler,HVAC,RO,Chiller,Air Compressor .GO Swtich.To ensure availability of all the required machinery and equipment for manufacturing operations at the highest possible OEE levels to achieve daily manufacturing targets.
  • To take adequate measures in plant to improve Power, Fuel and water productivity.
  • To give technical support to skilled workmen in order to enable them to maintain machinery at its peak efficiency
  • Implementation of TPM JH,PM &5S pillar
  • Plan and Execution of all PM jobs and its documentation for smooth functioning of equipment.
  • Supervising the maintenance of logbooks & daily reports in order to ensure adherence with audit requirements and for analysis purpose.
  • Proper utilization and deployment of manpower in order to ensure timely effectively and proper maintenance of equipment.
  • To manage all initiatives associated with the Quality policy, EHS & compliance at site.
  • Ensuring that EHS training needs are identified and resources are available for training.
  • Ensure effective communication and interactions on EHS issues and the business-specific EHS Policy with employees, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all the employees in the function comply with site EHS policy and the core commitments of the Kerry’s Corporate EHS and Employee Health Policy Statements.
  • Ensure that agreed annual objectives and targets for EHS issues, cascaded to all employees in the functional area, which are consistent with the business-specific EHS Policy.
  • Establish and keep up to date departmental risk-control standards and risk log relating to both “hardware” (such as the place of work and the plant, substances and equipment in use) and “software'” (such as procedures, systems and people).
  • Liaising with Regulatory for license etc.

Qualifications and skills

Qualification

  • B.Tech with 4-6 Years of Experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. from a reputed institute

Skills:

  • Ability to  resolve issues with the equipment.
  • Ability to design new processes and equipment selection for the same.
  • HT LT experience (if that person having the license for the same that will be add on).
  • Utility Expereince i.e. Boiler,HVAC,RO,Chiller,Air Compressor .GO Swtich.
