Key responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to dominate Thailand’s meat sector, aligning with Kerry’s regional and global objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify trends, customer needs, and untapped opportunities to accelerate growth in processed meats, foodservice, or retail channels.
- Customer Excellence: Cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts (e.g., meat processors, manufacturers) and ensure exceptional service to retain and grow business.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to launch tailored meat solutions, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales funnel, converting opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
Qualifications and skills
- Proven Sales Leader: 10+ years in B2B and B2C sales leadership within the Food & Beverage industry (meat sector (poultry, red meat and related categories) experience is a plus.
- Strategic Thinker: Track record of designing and executing sales strategies that deliver double-digit growth.
- Relationship Builder: Adept at networking with C-suite stakeholders, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Excellent Sales skills: Innate ability to identify opportunities, negotiate wins, and inspire teams to exceed targets.
- Bilingual Communicator: Fluency in Thai and English (written/spoken) is mandatory.
- Leadership Credentials: Experience coaching teams, driving KPIs, and fostering a collaborative culture.
