About the role

To assure compliance of raw materials used in Kerry products with appropriate regulations and to serve as a regulatory resource to internal and external stakeholders for raw materials related regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure product and material compliance to local regulations and Kerry policies.
  • Assist RA Manager and prepare dossier to ensure that all new, existing, import & export products are registered and complied with up-to-date regulations within timeframe.
  • Responsible for HALAL registration and be the contact point of any Halal issues.
  • Support internal/ external stakeholders across the region by providing standard technical information.
  • Create & Maintain regulatory documents.
  • Assist RA Manager to liaise with internal stakeholders (RD&A, QA, Sales etc.) for technical documentation reviews.
  • Assist RA Manager to update and sharing knowledge of new regulations initiated by Thai FDA.
  • Assist RA Manager to develop and build relationship with Halal and Thai FDA.
  • To perform any duties assigned from time to time by superior e.g. Queries, Projects, Audit support.

Qualifications and skills

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

 

  • Degree holder in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years’ experience in food industry in Regulatory, QA or RD&A. Fresh graduates will be considered.
