About the role


Work Location:     Bangkok, Thailand
Reporting To:        R&D Manager

Key responsibilities


•    Development and application of savory meat taste system solutions within the South East Asia business.
•    Driving and supporting the growth of meat taste system across South East Asia and with key customers in the region.
•    Apply specialist knowledge and skills in development and application across meat end user markets.
•    Collaborate and support our commercial teams and customers with appropriate solutions for their challenge
•    Work closely with technical team, flavorists, business development and commercial team to understand customer requirements for meat end user markets.
•    Enhance research development and application of savory meat knowledge in South East Asia and key markets by sharing and bringing the best of Kerry ‘s global technology portfolio and collection to customers.
•    Actively utilize, review, and expand Kerry collection products in line with business requirements.

Qualifications and skills


•    Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or similar discipline, with at least 5-7 years’ experience working in the meat sector in a product development role; experience in Flavour / Taste area will be preferred
•    Strong technical competence in meat seasoning systems, development, and application, with the ability to work well with a cross-functional team across SEA region
•    Work closely with commercial team and meat end user technologists to develop an understanding of the market and customer needs; develop market-suitable product concepts within specific parameters identified by the customers
•    Combine food values and science to create products aligned with Kerry’s Taste and Nutrition market positioning
•    Previous experience using a will be an advantage.
