About the role


Work Location:      Bangna, Thailand
Reporting To:         RDA Manager

Key responsibilities


•    Flavour Collection management:

o    Manage inventory & replenishment of Collection Flavours by maintaining an adequate stock of the flavours
o    Keep the collection within the acceptable shelf life of the products (establish a general shelf life of the samples)
o    Conduct Flavour Collection Tagging
o    Responsible of the country master data info is up to date and validate the monthly basis data upload into beacon system
o    Loading the new data into the master data weekly


•    Flavour Portfolio support and maintenance:

o    Maintains adequate stock of standardised “collection” products
o    Manage the flavour library in terms of stock replenishment, identifying expired flavours for replacement and update of the collection list
o    Internal sampling to RDA teams if necessary


•    Flavour Collection Evaluation

o    Responsible for preparing flavour samples for evaluation and screening by RDA and Commercial
o    Responsible to get FG sample if necessary for evaluation
o    Leading the pre-screening of flavours process, sample preparations, Sensory ballot information summary and loading the info into the master file


•    Documentation of results:

o    Ensures all outputs are recorded according to established protocols. Documents all testing results and research notes in a timely manner


Qualifications and skills


•    High school diploma, or equivalent, with minimum 1 year experience working in a Food Ingredient or Flavour industry 
•    Technical flavour exposure is preferred 
•    Fluent in in both Local and English Language
