About the role

We are looking for a Senior RDA Technologist who is a Culinary Seasoning Development expert.

Relationship Reporting: Technical Head – Culinary Development

Key responsibilities

• Focus on building the RM base for Dry Culinary seasonings.
• Creation of New Innovative Concepts on Snack Seasonings as per FSSAI guidelines.
• Develop the manufacturing and scale up processes for New products.
• Working on Matching product Development.
• Manage NPD related processes from Raw Material to Finished Product stage.
• Focus on Raw material harmonization and cost optimization projects (PIP)
• Conducting sensory panel and managing documentation.

Qualifications and skills

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in food technology/food scientist.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in culinary creation and applications.
• Good understanding of seasoning design from culinary perspective.
• Good understanding of end products in terms of development/Manufacturing – Snack seasoning/Noodles Tastemaker/ Pasta Sauce maker/ Beverage seasonings/ Dairy Seasonings and Other Culinary Mixes in consumer Industry.
• Ability to follow processes ensuring product consistency and safety.
• Expertise in Sensory Profiling and Sensory Test.
• Preferably has good Technical Presentation skills.
• Good understanding customer requirements & market trends.
• Excellent multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to work in system & support building of processes & SOP`s.
• Preferably from consumer industry background.
• Motivated along with Integrity & Honesty.
