About the role

 

Work Location    :     Bandung, Indonesia
Reporting to       :     Product Innovation Director – South East Asia

 

The Beverage Innovation Executive is responsible for developing beverage menus and applications for Kerry’s strategic customer in Bandung, Indonesia. In this role, you will lead on the innovation process of developing creative beverage menu, using Kerry products. You will also work closely with the Account Director, the R&D technology leads, and marketing to design and deliver insightful customer presentations and menu innovation sessions. 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Develop beverage menus and manage the technical sector of beverage creation.
  • Manage demonstration and customer presentation Responsible for supporting the development of new products and applications for Kerry’s strategic customer in Bandung, Indonesia.
  • Build an in -depth knowledge and understanding of our customer’s needs, supporting the development and delivery of winning solutions for menu growth and development.
  • Develop a full understanding of the Kerry portfolio and business capability, and delivery, to support new customer concepts.
  • Build a regional network of beverage innovation experts within the region to share best practices and enhance knowledge within network.
  • Develop recipes for different channels and applications (food service, coffee shop, retail).

 

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Diploma with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Barista, Mixology, R&D Menu Development to promote beverage products.
  • Exposure with beverage menu items such as ice teas, sodas, smoothies, frappes, dessert beverages; and/or ice cream, coffee.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment would be an added advantage. 
  • Deep knowledge/experiences on product / menu costing, sourcing ingredients, operational costs and challenges, and regional food trends.
