About the role

To support the Production Process Lines with quality improvement and processes.

Key responsibilities

Investigation of customer complaints and completion of response to customer.
Internal investigation of non-conformances and subsequent close out. • Lead Root Cause Analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Participation in traceability activities.
Complete Glass and Brittle Plastics audits as per schedule.
Complete GMP audits as per schedule and follow up on actions.
Calibration of equipment such as thermometers, scales, and other analytical instruments.
Allergen and ATP swabbing activities.
Review of analytical data, ensuring all documents have been completed correctly.
Trend analysis of results to ensure consistent process control.
Ensuring all computer tasks are completed in time.
Generating reports as required.
Any other tasks as requested by quality manager.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills in a factory environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and hands-on.
Good communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry.
Knowledge of product certification programs like Kosher and Halal.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to lead continuous improvement and change management efforts.
Familiarity with GFSI and GMP systems.
SAP experience is a plus.
