2. Take our online assessment (Not applicable in some regions)
There is a situations judgement test and a personality questionnaire to complete. It should only take 30 minutes.
Test: You’ll be given different scenarios you might encounter on your graduate programme and asked to rate them ‘most effective’ or ‘least effective'.

Hot tip
Base your responses only on the information provided in the scenarios.

In the country you apply to and where you're eligible to work.

Our grad programme works on a rotational basis. This means that you could be based in a variety of locations. Kerry is a global organisation, so we encourage candidates to be open to travel. We do, of course, take location preferences into account where possible.

Unfortunately not.

We can only accept your application if you have the permanent right to work in the country to which you're applying.

No, you can only make one application.

Although you will be able to list on your application form a second preferred business function if relevant.

It depends on the graduate programme you're applying for.

But you must be prepared to travel or relocate globally as part of any Kerry programme.

We offer a competitive salary to invest in you and your development.

Rewards and benefits will be subject to the location where you're working in.
