Key Responsibilities
• US payroll processing
• Produce timely and accurate payroll; weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.
• Respond to employee tickets/queries ensuring timely review and resolution of issues.
• Ensure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation- includes reconciliation of results and audit checks.
• Highlight and escalate relevant matters that may impact the running of payrolls to Team Manager.
• Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including weekly, bi-weekly, month-end, qtr-end, and year-end activities.
• Kronos time-keeping reporting for payroll purposes
• Payroll Tax monitoring to ensure compliance
Qualifications and skills
• 1-3 Years of US payroll experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
• US payroll tax knowledge
• Multi-state payroll knowledge
• Fluent in English
