We are focused on influencing stakeholder behaviour in support of Kerry’s brand, reputation, culture and business vision, strategies, and priorities. Position Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our Corporate Affairs team and lead our internal communications strategy and initiatives. Reporting to the Integrated Communications Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive internal communication plans that engage, inform, and inspire employees across our global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an internal communications strategy aligned with Kerry’s vision, purpose, and values.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for internal communications channels, including Workplace, email, video, and presentations.
  • Leadership Communication: Collaborate with senior leadership to advise, develop, and deliver key messages, ensuring consistent and effective communication with employees at all levels across the organisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Integrated Operations, Commercial and other global functions to ensure alignment and consistency in internal messaging and communication.
  • Crisis Communication: Support in implementing communication plans to address crisis situations, ensuring timely and transparent communication with employees.
  • Change Management Communication: Support organisational transformational initiatives by developing communication plans to facilitate understanding and acceptance among employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Support enterprise- wide initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including executive leadership town hall meetings, employee recognition programmes, and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing Journalism, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong relevant experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate environment within the food and beverage industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of communication best practices, including emerging trends and technologies in internal communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
