About The Role

 

The Digital Employee Experience Manager will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality service products with our employee’s experience being central to the success of each solution. The role will initially focus on our current solutions with a view to simplification and enhancing the end-to-end experience for the employee.

 

 

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.

 

What will I be doing?

 

  • Build and mentor a team of employee experience analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with employees, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand needs, business goals, and technical constraints to drive design and experience decisions.
  • Conduct research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, flows, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.

What do I need to be successful?

These include:

 

  • Proven history in employee experience design and human interaction with technology, with a focus on leading experience improvement projects and teams.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., and familiarity with prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analysing user feedback.
  • Experience working in an agile organisation, preferably in a globally operating organisation.
  • Experience in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
