About the role

 

This role will be a member of a global team supporting Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) time and attendance (T&A) solutions for Kerry and part of Global T&A and Payroll Integration project. 
 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Elicit business requirements and configure UKG/Kronos T&A applications to meet business requirements.

  • Support rollout of UKG WFM Pro (previously known as Kronos Dimensions) along with our implementation partner.

  • Partner with internal and external team members and stakeholders to ensure go-live and post-live success.

  • Review and prioritize system maintenance, enhancements, business as usual changes and change requests.

  • Configure the system, manage integrations and release of changes in alignment with best practices and Kerry change control processes.

  • Responsible for design and configuration in line with business and regulatory requirements.

  • Support the creation of training and documentation of system for users.

  • Manage support requests within defined service level agreements.

  • Work on troubleshooting issues including root cause analysis and work within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Constant focus on identifying and recommending changes to existing procedures and practices based on process, technology, and data knowledge.

  • Provide backup cover and support to other team members.

  • Research new techniques and maintain knowledge of current trends and strategies in the application and process area.

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Preferrable bachelor’s degree in ICT or related discipline

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting time and attendance systems and processes, primarily in the area of UKG Dimensions.

  • Experience to include Timekeeper, Accruals, Absence, interfaces, WDM (Clocks/devices), and advanced scheduling modules.

  • Experience of integrating with HR and Payroll systems is also required.

  • Advanced English, excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
