About the role

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting to: Zonal Sales Manager

The role needs someone with strong commercial acumen, who inspires customers with amazing, finished goods and stays close to the customers by becoming their technical partner. The person will require to help the IB team to take trials in the market, manage customers and grow our business in Gujarat region.
 

Key responsibilities

• Create and present finished goods (samples) for large industrial and retail bakers
• Works with ZSM to achieve and exceed agreed budget (target)
• Manage set of distributors and end customers
• Develop recipes with existing products
• Works with TSM S+W and ZSM to develop new products
• Proactively works with customer(s) to grow sales in business unit(s) through introduction of targeted finished goods
• Execute large national events are part of the technical advisor team

Qualifications and skills

• Diploma in Baking or Hotel management in Baking and Pastry related field of study or Graduate in any stream with relevant experience
• 3 to 7 years’ experience in the field of baking and pastry
• Hands on product and recipe development experience should be in a position to take plant trials and convert (experience)
• Baking Ingredients functionality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
• Willing to travel 40-50 % of time based on business requirement
